Of course you can. c-res can be used as efficiently for small hotels and guest houses as for hotels with 500+ rooms.

How do I get my confirmation?

If a guest books online you will get your confirmation in 2 ways: per email and in your administration area. By request and for additional charge you get also a confirmation per fax. Your guests get your personal automatic confirmation of reservation per e-mail including the booking number, your cancellation policy and your contact details.

How will the c-res booking module be linked with the internet presence of the hotel?

A simple link will be placed on the website of your hotel. You don’t have to download or set up anything!

Can c-res be placed within the design of our hotel?

Of course it can! The c-res booking surface will be adapted in colour and background to the design of your hotel.

Can I get a guarantee per credit card for my online bookings?

Yes! You can get a guarantee per credit card for certain periods of time or permanently throughout the year. c-res will check the plausibility of the credit card number.
